Joelle Williams, the Founder, Owner and Managing Director, has a rich background in a wide variety of industries and organisations. She sees business challenges as puzzles to be solved and aims to fit the pieces together in a way that enriches the lives of employees and business alike. Increased profits and reduced issues invariably flow for her clients.
I created Transformation Consulting in 2011 to continue my passion for interesting and challenging work surrounded by interesting people.

Meet the Team
Owner and Managing Director
Joelle has 17 years of industry experience in public and private organisations in Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia and the USA. She specialises in the areas of corporate strategy, operational improvement, HSEC and change management. Joelle has been consulting direct to large, blue chip organisations for the last 10 years through her own companies; Transformation People and Transformation Consulting. Large and small projects alike, she delights clients with her ability to manage stakeholders at all levels and deliver business results.
Joelle's awards include the Deloitte Global Excellence Asia Pacific Region Award and a finalist in the Deloitte Business Woman of the Year Award.
In her spare time, Joelle holds a Non-Executive Director position in Signal Flare Inc, a not-for-profit charity that helps the homeless and others in need.
Joelle holds a Master of Business Administration (Executive) (Distinction) from the Australian Graduate School of Management, a Graduate Certificate in Change Management (Distinction) from the Australian Graduate School of Management and a Graduate Certificate in Marketing from Charles Sturt University.
Mick has 20 years experience in operations management, business development, feasibility studies, project management and corporate strategy development within the Mining industry. His key strength and passion is maximising resource value from pit to port including optimising mining, processing and marketing revenue drivers.
Mick's acheivements are filled with value adding initiatives that raise the bar, change the game and increase revenue. He is a great lateral thinker that enjoys taking the lead on transformation projects.
Mick holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Mining from the University of Queensland and a First Class Underground Coal Mine Managers Certificate.
In his spare time Mick is the Director for Hope Empowered, a public benevolent institution and social enterprise creating opportunities that address and relieve poverty.
